Life can feel heavy sometimes. Stress, anxiety, burnout, grief, and major life transitions can quietly build until even everyday tasks feel exhausting. Counselling offers a space to slow down, feel heard, and begin moving forward with clarity and support.
I provide empathetic, judgment-free virtual counselling for individuals navigating life’s challenges. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in creating a safe environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves without pressure or embarrassment.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or simply trying to better understand yourself, therapy can help you build healthier coping strategies, strengthen self-awareness, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My Approach
I believe counselling should feel human, supportive, and practical. Every person’s experience is unique, which is why I custom tailor sessions to your individual needs and goals. I aim to create a warm, respectful space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions openly while developing tools they can carry into everyday life.
Education & Background
I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Communications from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Print and Online Journalism from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
My background in counselling and communications allows me to connect with clients thoughtfully, listen deeply, and support meaningful conversations with empathy.
Virtual Counselling
Virtual sessions offer flexible, accessible support from the comfort of your own space. Online counselling can be especially helpful for busy schedules, burnout, mobility concerns, or those who simply feel more comfortable at home.
Taking the First Step
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you do not have to navigate things alone. Reaching out for support is not weakness; it is a step toward healing, growth, and understanding yourself more fully.
If you are interested in working together, I welcome you to connect and learn more about the counselling process.
